Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from XGen Wellness.

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Refunds will only be issued in cases where:

  • The incorrect item was supplied

  • The product was confirmed damaged in transit

  • The order was not fulfilled

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

XGen Wellness reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
